Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida
Can I protect my idea
I have an idea to start a business online (a .com business) I need a company to design the website for me. Is there any thing I can do to protect myself from the web designer or anyone else from taking my idea and running with it. The idea would be like when eBay got started and they would like to have someone make them the website. Thank you
