Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

I purchased a full loaded of bunk beds oversea and didn't know, there was one bunk bed model was patent, the company that patent the bunk bed threaten to report me to federal agent, but i have not sell any things yet...can i get arrest for intellectual infringement ?

Also your case seems to be one of unauthorized distribution more than patent infringement.
