how to recover a trailer and land that someone was renting than sold it

My family and i was needing someones help one how to recover our mother's trailer and land that she rented out to some of our cousin's that ended up selling the trailer and land out from under our mother. our mom died 2/20/04 we need to try and get it back because it was surposed to come to us can anyone out there help us get it back

If your cousin sold your mother's trailer without her signature on the document of title, which is required for a transfer of title of a trailer, no transfer has occured. You can then bring an action, to recover the trailer, in the hands of the present "owner".
