Risque pictures

My girlfriend and i broke up and i have pictures of her in various ''poses''.She is threattening to sue me over them unless i return them.I can never prove return because they are in my computer. These pics were taken with her consent at the time,no way to prove that either. What are my rights? Are they mine? Can i be sued over possession? Please tell me everything i need to know on this matter.Thank You.

Re: Risque pictures

you should really speak to a lawyer about this, since the specific facts can be important. GFenerally speaking, if the pictures were taken with her consent, then they are yours and need not be returned. That being said -- I would not just send them out or post them for public display if the "poses" are pictures of her in the privacy of her/your home without any clothes on. Certainly, you cannot use the pictures for profit -- don't sell them, for instance.
