Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

My son parked his car at a friend's house and got arrested and put in jail. He will not be able to keep the car and wants to return it to the dealer. We cannot get in touch with his friend and we think that his friend continues making payments for my sons car because we did not hear anything from the dealer and my son hasn't made a payment in two months. The car is not insured anymore. What is the best legal way to have the car returned to the dealer?

You need to contact the friend, pick up the car, and take it to the dealer.
