Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

I started a corporation with a partner who invested the bulk of the money to get the company going. After a 4 months business was not so good and on night late, my partner came in the store without my knowledge and packed up the merchandise and displays. What are my legal options.

That said, if what you say is true, the corporation can bring an action against your departed partner. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
