Synchronization licenses

I was just visiting the site: Findlegalforms. They ask for $45 fore a Synchronization license. I want to use such a license for adding music to slide ahows I produce. Does such a license cover any music, any time I want to use it?

There is no way to know without seeing the form. To use copywrited music you will need a license from the copywrite owner.
