Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

Trademark class

I have a few products I would like to get trademarked but the classes confuse me.

1. I would like to file for a kit (like a first aid kit that holds liquor. Can I file for this under IC 033 or do I have to use a class that relates to kits and if so what class?

2) What class would a bug remover for autos be? Can I file under autos IC 012 or should it be under a class for cleaners?If so what class?

3) A recoding and playback device. Class 009?

4 Is there a category for such things as cemetary items?

These are keyed to your numbered products.

1) Class 005

2) Class 003

3) Class 009

4) It depends on what the cemetary items are. For example, Class 006 for burial vaults of metal; Class 019 for burial vaults not of metal; etc.
