Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida
trademark violation
I have a question regarding what is
considered a trademark violation. is
it legal to sell knock-off purses if
you clearly state that the item is a
knock off but still looks like a
genuine article - i.e. same logo, etc.

Re: trademark violation
You don't get to legally make or sell knockoffs.

Re: trademark violation
The unauthorized use of the logo alone is a trademark violation. You can't cure that by saying it is fake.
