Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

I have a TV reality show concept that I registered with the U.S. copy right Writers Association.+

Now, I see that a Dutch Co.,has a very similar concept, even though with various differences with my concept.

How can I know if I will not have any further problem with that Dutch problem, due to certains similarities with the concept they own ?

Any IP attorney will say the starting point is you can't protect an idea with copyright. This is also not the type of question that can be answered off the cuff, so to speak. You need to consult with a good Intellectual Properts attorney in your area for specific advice.
