Can I earn a US salary and live in France? What are the tax implications? I am a US citizen and my wife is French/American.

You can live anywhere you want and if your employer is going to pay you that's fine. As a US citizen you have to pay taxes on your worldwide income no matter where you live. And as a resident of France you'll have to file an income tax return with the IRS of France. But there's a tax treaty between the US and France which ensures you won't pay double taxes. The tax return is going to be a little complicated, but you hire someone to do that anyway.

Good luck; that sounds like a nice life.
