Overseas corporation marketing liability

I have an offshore corporation currently and I have people who market products for me all over the world. Is there any way to lift my liability of their marketing tacticts? Have them sign digital contract? I don't want the way they market to ever come back on me, all I do is process and fulfil orders for them, they host their own web sites, etc..
