Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
what 2 do
my child is 15 years old is on a probation and has a 7:30pm curfew when am at work is leaves its been almost 2 weeks she only comes home when Iam at work.I don't what 2 call the her p.o because she will end up with 2 theft charges on her record and never find a job what can i do short of calling her p.o she is boy crazy.

If she is boy-crazy and you don't call the p.o., you may well wind up as a grandmother!
This is the perfect scenario for what is labeled as "A Child/Family In Need Of Services." DJJ files these things or the School Board does. When a child is incorrigible or unmanageable or truant, this is the tool that is supposed to be used to fix things. A tool seldom used though.
Time to get a counselor of some sort, school, church or comunity working on it.
