Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

almost 19 dating a 15yrold

i have a 15yrold daughter and for the past 1yr and 1/2 i have been thru hell with her she lied and told me the boy next store was 16 1yr 1/2 ago come to find out he was going to 18 at the end of the yr before she turned 15 i have absolutly forbided them to see each other ive have tried everything in my power at keeping them apart and so have his parents they have gone as foar as for moving him over to the next city and all he did last yr was come back to pc to pic her up take her back to his mom house have sex with her then dropp her off down the road from the school for her to call me to pick her up. she has ran away on several occassions and hes known her where about each and every time what do i do i have gone as far as for putting an injuction on him but it didnt go thru becuase my ex wouldnt bring her to court to testify so it was thrown out know the hcso has picked it up for investigation i have an investigator coming out to speak with me tommorrow. what can be done about this issue any suggestions would be greatly apppreciated i have about hafd it with him i was told if my daughter doesnt say or admitt to having sexuall relations with him then theres nothing that can be done isnt there some kind of law for an uncorop minor

Sounds like child is incorrigible. There is a procedure called CINS/FINS that is handled thru the Dept. of Children & Families Services. Call them and have it investigated. Also you may want to contact the State Attorney's Office about possible criminal charges against the boy. The child needs to be in counseling right away.
