Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

my 14 year old

my son was pick up at 1am on sunday after leaving his friends house to go to circlek to get snacks

he had 8 of my pills on him , they are morfine my oldest son had ask him to steal them for him he forgot they were in his pocket,icheck my script none were gone plus 8 so he did not take them. what can i tell the judge that his a good kid but did a stupit thing,he is in rotc+boyscouts please advice me.

You can say to the judge, "Here's my son's lawyer."

Don't treat this lightly. A charge like this could affect your son for the rest of his life. Go get a lawyer for him right away or he will end up like your oldest son.
