Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

my father has hepatitis C and was sick and me and my stepmom didnt get along and we tried counseling and therapy and it didnt work so he told me to find somwhere else to live. i did. well i am now 17 years old and living with my fiances and his family and he is going into the service. my father will not sign over guardianship so i can get medical and other help and i have been dealing with this issue since september of 2007 and i have no income and i dont know what to do adn that is why the underage marriage came up i have been with this guy for two and a half years so its not just a leap it is a step forward for me its jusyt im not 18 and he keeps ''dangling'' this issue in my face and im lost.

Basically you are underage and you want to marry a service man and your father will not consent, right?
Let your guy go into the service, establish himself, and when you turn 18 you will become a military dependent and entitled to all the benefits that flow from that.
While you're waiting, get some good counseling to help you through these trying times.
