Expunction of Juvenile Driversion Program Records

Tried to locate on line the documents needed from the State Attorney's Office to submit to the FDLE Expunge Section to have minor's record of petite theft expunged after completion of Juvenile Diversion Program. Can you help?

Try the clerk's office. They may have the records you need. You shouldn't need anything from the State Attorney's Office to send to FDLE. They don't get involved until after you get FDLE approval.
