Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

Juvenile Dependency

I have a few questions actually. I would like to find out where I can check my criminal background. I also have a friend who is very much in a bad situation. She is currently dating an adult that is way above hers. She is a minor. She is on probation and she is on the run. She and her lover are leaving the state. What can happen to the both of them if they get caught?

She's a minor; he's an adult. Statutory rape jumps up, depending on her age! Interference with custody if her parents want to push it.

Seems like YOU would know YOUR criminal background, but there are a lot of on-line outfits that would gladly run your cb for a fee. Lastly, if she's on probation and on the run, her Probation Officer can file for a pick-up Order, get her back into custosy and then violate her probation.
