Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

my friend has a juvenile case right now. she is on probation. she is also in a rough situation at home. she is planning to run away from home. which is a violation of her probation. will the charges eventually close by the time she turns 19?

The charges will not go away so to speak but the court will loose jurisdiction on her when she reaches 19 (so she cant be punished after 19).
However, if she is caught before she turns 19 she could be sentenced to a level 8 or 10 program which could keep her till she turns 21.
Also, the court will always retain control over her for any restitution money that hasn't been paid.
