Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
leaving your house at 17 and pregnant.
im 17 yrs old and my boyfriend is 19. im pregnant and i left my house and i live with him and his parents. can my boy friend go to jail for letting me live with him? and can i leave my house?

The child abuse statute in Florida is very vague. In layman's terms, it basically makes it a crime to do anything that would contribute to the delinquency of a minor. Technically, I suppose, he could be charged with child abuse, but I doubt that it's likely.
Since you're not yet 18, your parents can legally force you to return home.
