Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

legal birth father

i had a child and gave it to my sister and her husband becasue they were unable to have children, the birth certificate had father unknown, we did not do any legal paperwork. but, know 13 years later i have found out she has forged my name putting her husband's name on the birth certificate as the biological father, this is not true. dcf has removed child from there home. I am inprocess of getting custody dcf is trying to leave his name on birth certificate so he and his mother are able to keep my child.
