It is not easy. I assume you want to be emancipated from both parents. You can age-out (turn 18), get married, if feasible, or get the parents' consents. But first I would want to know some very serious reasons why you would want this done.

A possible Permanent Guardianship could also be an option.

If I were you, I would speak to a lawyer who practices in your city and get a consultation (free) hopefully and that attorney can advise the best course for you.
