Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
question about amancipation
i am a seventeen year old single mom,i want to be amancipated. i dont live with either of my parents,they have drug and alchahol problems. i cant get any help without them and they wont help me,i need 2 be able to take care of my 3moth old son but they wont take care of us or sign theyre rights over.

You cannot be emancipated without permission from your parents. Their consent is required in the lawsuit.
