Can you smoke cigarettes at 16 with parental consent?

As far as I am aware, it is illegal to sell cigarettes to someone under 18. I don't know a law that says it is illegal to smoke them if you are under 18. However, the older person who supplies the minor with cigarettes is committing a crime. Parental consent is irrelevant to these laws.
