Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
Understanding Written Arrests
I was given a written arrest for underage drinking when I was 20. I was not given a court date; just had to submit a written apology with a $200 fine. This occurred in Sunrise Florida.
I'm now appliying for law school where I must list every brush with the law. The problem is Sunrise Florida or any surrounding cities has any record of it. How can I find more details.

Re: Understanding Written Arrests
I would believe it might be in the Broward County Court archives. Or in the satellite office that serves Sunrise.
A written arrest might be a Notice to Appear? Of course, if they are asking about "arrests" then you may have a problem. You were not "convicted" but the $200 fine had to go somewhere.
