this is an abuse?

I'm working at the small Hotel as Ass.manager for almost 3 years.I'm HIV+, and I don't have Health Insurance. Now in the hotel in under construction, and my boss told me if I don't paint the rooms of the Hotel or help in the construction he told me that I have to leave. The weather here is very hot and this is very hard work and I'm afraid of my health. What should I do?

It's not abuse, but you should tell your employer that because of health reasons, you do not feel you are capable of doing the work he has asked you to perform. Volunteer to do some other work if possible, but don't feel compelled to disclose your HIV status either.
