Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

advice n a situation

i am a bridge builder who worked for a company that never advanced me into any positions that were promised to me because of my age and because i am on probation they knowingly hired me knowing this matter and it was never an issue i have been injured on the job three times and have never been compensated for the injuries caused by other crew members because of negligence. i have been belittled and degrated in every way. i wanted to know if there is any way that i have a case on these situation.
