Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Age Discrimination

The company is relocating the accounting office to another company owned facility. I was offered another position at a lower rate (about $5000 per year less). I was told that there is a rumor that I might retire in a year and a half. There was another position available, more suitable to my qualifications, but it was offered to a younger candidate.
