Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Annual Pay Increase

I have been due an annual pay increase since Dec 2007, and I have not received it because I was told that my salaried employee paperwork was not on file in the corporate office, I have since sent in all of my paperwork and still no raise, is it illegal to make me wait for however long to get my increase?

Re: Annual Pay Increase
