Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
If I apply for a job and put work referances on the application, what information can the employer give. can they say I have work work history, I didn't but can they say it.

Your previous employer may say anything which is not false. (I did not say they may only say things which are true because different people's versions of the truth may still be true without being false).

They can give whatever information they want. They can't reveal protected health information that is known only via private medical records.
