Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I am applying to take the state board for nursing in florida There is a part in the application that ask about prior conventions. i was arrested when I was thirteen for petty theft and got it expunged. I should I tell them this?

Find out if you were actually convicted. If the results was an "adjudication withheld" (which it probably was), then you were never convicted.
