Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I am an architect working for a small firm who does lots of work for the Miami-Dade School System and my boss is not paying me on a regular basis and owes me over three months salary. Is there a law which protects me from my boss not paying me my salary?

You can find another job. Then sue the employer for what you are owed. You could also make an anonymous complaint with the U.S. Department of Labor.
