Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I'm a armed security guard. my scheduled hours are 7 to 3. my company constantly forces me to work a double. I repeatedly tell them I do not want to work any over time. working this many hours I believe puts me and everyone around in danger because I do carry a weapon and shouldn't be working when I am fatigued and tired. is there a law that prevents employers from forcing armed security guards from being forced to work 16 hours
