Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Assault at work by a manager. Also over four months pregnant. Manager was suspended for almost two days and now back to work. Havent been to work since he has returned. Any advise on what o can or should do?

Many people use the word "assault" incorrectly, when there was a "battery." If there was an actual touching, it is a battery. If there was a threat, coupled with the ability to carry out the threat, it was an assault. Contact a labor lawyer immediately and set up a conference to find out what your options are.
