Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Attorney speciality

I am an independent insurance agent and I am currently being accused of and sued by my former employer for contract indebtedness, stealing trade secrets, and stealing insurance clients. None of this is true and I have proof. The other partys attorney has filed a motion requesting temporary injunctive relief. What does this mean and what type of attorney do I need?

Re: Attorney speciality

They are asking for a court order to prevent you from doing certain things. Look at the motion or the complkaint and it will state whatthe injunction is for.

You need a trial attorney experienced in handling business disputes.
