Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Is a background screening company required to provide me with a copy of my report that the company issues to potential employers ? I know the large ones like Choicepoint do to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act but there is a smaller local firm that is used in my area that I believe has incorrect information about me that my hurt my future employment.
