Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Would a bankruptcy negate a non compete clause? If a part owner of a company leaves the company and has a non compete clause in an agreement will filing for personal bankruptcy make the non compete unenforceable?

Non-compete agreements in Florida are not very strong, but typically a bankruptcy will not negate a non-compete.
