Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

so basically being a corp and being sued for overtime is legal extortion cause I know what I pay & to whom i pay it, i either settle and admit guilt to something i am not guilty of or rack up huge attorney fees, but if i remove myself from the corp then i open myself up to a personal claim correct? just trying to get some help cause every attorney i speak with i get different answers
