Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My boss has singled me out in the company as needing to be held to a "higher standard" than other people in the company in my same position. My performance reviews have been excellent and I have worked there for three years with no issues with anyone except for this boss. Is it legal for him to single me out in this way? I live in Florida.
