MY BOYFRIEND HASN'T BEEN PAYED IN OVER A MONTH. HIS BOSS SAYS THEY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY. JULY 2, 2009 WAS THE LAST PAY CHECK RECEIVED. HE HAS WORKED AND IS OWED 3 CHECKS. ARE WE ABLE TO GET A LAWYER AND MAKE HIS BOSS PAY ME??

Your husband's boss is not going to pay you. Your husband may retain a lawyer to help him recover his back wages. A simple attorney letter may do the trick.
