Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Brach of employment agreement

I have a signed by the owner of the company that I just recently was terminated from Employment Agreement which stated that in addition to my salary that I would receive a $10,000.00 bonus on December 20th every year. This past December 20th I received a card from the owner stating that he was trying to get it done and would pay it as soon as possible. My question is even though I am no longer employed is the agreement enforceable?

Re: Brach of employment agreement

To answer that question, I would have to review the agreement and know the date of your termination. I suggest you consult with an attorney and bring your agreement to get a more definitive answer.
