Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

bullying at work

At work I have an older women that works for me and tonight when we were leaving we had a disagreement and she followed me to my car and tried to cut me off so she could continue saying stuff to me. This is not the first time she has done something like this to an associate but I am her boss and i don't know where I stand if I go to corp. about it. What should I do?
