Do I have a case?

well a few months ago i and a young man were in a situation where he insulted me and I said nothing and he was supposed to get fired, but didn't. Now as of April 25 i--name removed--black girl) and this young man(Darren white guy) were in the same situation were he insulted no only me but all of the employees at the job as well so i reacted this time, and now i'm fired as of today April 27, Do i have a racial discrimination case?

probably not. It was a co employee. It would depend, as well, on your "reaction." You should have followed policy and procedure.
