My ex-employer hasn't sent my last paycheck to me. The salon that he owned is now closed because the employees that where left walked out after paychecks bounced! How do I get my money owed to me?

Send the owner a letter via certified mail requesting payment in full within 10 days of his receipt of your letter and if they dont make payment then contact an attorney for further assistance. However, them bouncing checks is a bad sign.
