Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

claim for wages post-termination

I was unexpectedly terminated from my sales job this week, without prior warning. Though not on commission plan, I was a participant in profit sharing plan. Termination removes me from plan after a productive sales period that contributed to profits in a 6-mo period ending 6/30. Do I have any claim to pursue for that money?
