Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Collect unemployment insurance
My wife has received a very good job offer in another state. In order to keep the family together I need to quit my present job. Can I collect unemployment? If so, under which reasons should I apply?

Re: Collect unemployment insurance
Unemployment is only available if you lose your job through being fired or layed off. If you voluntarily leave your employment, you are not entitled to unemployment.
