Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I would like to know if all those companies that hire people over the internet from hiring websites to transfer money, are legitimate? They say they pay a monthly salary plus 4% commission on the money transferred to your own bank account. "Clients" wire money to your bank account, then you transfer it via Western Union to another country? They say they will send a 1099 for taxes.

No, they are not legitimate. No one should legitimately ask you to transfer money between states or countries using your own bank account. They will send you a check, it may initially clear your account, and after you send them the money, the check they sent you will "bounce" because it is fraudulent. You will be on the hook to the bank.

NEVER ENGAGE IN THIS TYPE OF SCAM!!!!!!!!
