Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My company pays me for eight hours, but I drive a van with nine other employees back and forth to work two hours each way. The van is a company van and has a gas card. Is it the law for them to compensate me for some or all driving also.

They may be in violation of state and/or federal wage and hour laws. You should consult with an attorney to discuss whether or not you have a claim. I would be happy to discuss the matter with you further. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience. You can e-mail me directly at [email protected].
