Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

A company I just started to work for wants me to sign a waiver giving them all rights to use my image for an indefinite about of time. I was uncomfortable with this and chose not to sign. Could they fire me if I don't sign the waiver, or do I have a legal right to my own image?
