Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
the company i work for provides health insurance and 401k to all employees ,when i was hired i signed a contract explaining the time frame i need to wait for these benifits (1 year) i have been there for 3 years now and i am told i am not allowed the benifits because of recession however company still pays for everyone else
